At the time housewives and dressmakers bought their supplies in large quantities which were sold in these boxes.

The lid is silk screened, a vintage technique that sometimes has a few flaws adding to the charm of the re-edition. Made of Alder wood, the exterior is completely varnished and the inside of the lid features a vintage style label.

The dimensions of the box are 14.5 cm (5.75") wide x 8.5 cm (3.25") high x 4.5 (1.875" ") cm deep.
