JN328  • Gingerbread Peace Mouse - Mouse on a Tin Limited Edition Series I

Peace Mouse is the third in the Mouse on a Tin Limited Edition Series. Her beautiful costume features doves, ribbons, berries, beaded flowers and a lavishly decorated white tree at the back. She is holding a Peace on Earth banner and wearing a snowflake hat made from a frosted flower bead, sequins and a burgundy pearl.

All mice in this series will be magnetized! We have glued a strong gold magnet to the back of our signature button base. When finished, the mouse will sit firmly on the tin, even if held upside down. Really!

The tin measures 2” in diameter. The label on the top of the tin features a circle of tiny trees, stars and berries against a black background, and the rim is decorated with white satin scallop trim.

A tiny (just 1 ¼” square) frayed edge Peace Needlebook fits inside the tin. Holly sprigs adorn the corners surrounding a white snowflake with gold beads and a floral center. A gold Dove Bead flies in the middle. Tan felt on the back holds 1 or 2 needles inserted on the diagonal.

Mouse and Needlebook are stitched on 32 Ccount Picture This Plus Gingerbread Belfast linen. It is important to use this count of linen so that everything fits.

Design area for the mouse is 29H X 57W, design area for the needlebook is 19H X 19W.

The kit includes color cover and all instructions for stitching and finishing plus the decorated tin, gold tail, beads, burgundy pearl, flower bead, sequins, gold dove bead, tan felt, Peace on Earth banner and the magnetized button for the base. You will need to provide 2’ X 2” fusible interfacing for the needlebook, stuffing for the mouse and 2 straight pins.

Mouse and Needlebook are stitched on 32 count Picture This Plus Gingerbread. It is important to use 32 count linen so that everything fits. All of the mice and needlebooks in the series will use this color and count of linen.

Due to hand-dyed linens being hard to source these days, we are offering Belfast 32 count Soft Ivory as the substitute.

Design area for the mouse is 29H X 57W, design area for the needlebook is 19H X 19W.

for stitching and finishing plus the decorated tin, gold tail, beads, cream pearl, flower bead, painted bee charm, cream felt and the magnetized button for the base. Stitcher will need to provide 2’ X 2” fusible interfacing for the needlebook and stuffing for the mouse.

You will need to provide:
Fusible craft weight interfacing, stuffing for mouse, 3½" or 4" scissors along with the threads and fabrics.
