We are open Tue-Sat 11am-3pm PT for orders, curbside and appointments. We are not able to accomodate Expedited orders at the present time. Also, our vendors are taking much longer to supply us due to increased demand for them as well, so planning well ahead of a project deadline is important these days. If you only want items we have in stock, please mark your order Ship Partial Cancel Incomplete Items.
While we would love to be able to give firm ETAs for items we are out of, that's not possible with the disruption COVID-19 has caused across the supply chain. We expect this disruption to last into 2022.

If you use the Save Cart feature, be sure your cart is empty when you retrieve/view the saved cart. It will over-ride what is in the existing cart.
Please note that we do not charge for orders until we ship them. The checkout process will capture your information for us to use when we ship your order. As we do not have a real-time inventory system, please contact us at the shop if you need us to check if we have the items you need in stock if your order is urgent.
Our time to pull orders is currently 2-3 business days. Do indicated a Deadline in the appropriate field so we can determine if we'll be able to mee it.. Our current shipping time for complete or partial orders is 2-4 business days once an order is ready to ship. We are not able to do stock checks or give firm ETAs for when we can ship an order. If your order is urgent or you have a very close deadline, we recommend contacting other shops that might not be as busy with orders as we currently are.
