We are open Tue-Sat 11am-3pm PT for orders, curbside and appointments. Due to a significant increase in order volume we are behind on phone and online orders. If we have your full order in stock, or you select ship partial see the time frames for pulling and shipping. For orders where we need to order items our vendors are taking several weeks to supply us due to increased demand for them as well. Good news is, everyong is stitching! If you only want items we have in stock, please mark your order Ship Partial Cancel Incomplete Items.
Also, we are not able to give an accurate ETA for most items we are out of. We expect this disruption to last well into 2021.

If you use the Save Cart feature, be sure your cart is empty when you retrieve/view the saved cart. It will over-ride what is in the existing cart.
Please note that we do not charge for orders until we ship them. The checkout process will capture your information for us to use when we ship your order. As we do not have a real-time inventory system, please contact us at the shop if you need us to check if we have the items you need in stock if your order is urgent.
Our time to pull orders is currently 7-10 business days - it might be 14+ days before we get back to you if your order is not complete as we are totally swamped.. Our current shipping time for complete or partial orders is 10-14 business days (once an order is pulled and ready to ship). If your have deadline, please include that information in the appropriate field or the Comments and we will let you know if we can accomodate your request.
