We are open Tue-Sat 11am-3pm PT for orders, curbside and appointments. We have see an increase in order volume as everyone has decided to stitch :-). See our time frames for pulling and shipping orders. Also, our vendors are taking much longer to supply us due to increased demand for them as well, so planning well ahead of a project deadline is important these days. If you only want items we have in stock, please mark your order Ship Partial Cancel Incomplete Items.
While we would love to be able to give firm ETAs for items we are out of, that's not possible with the disruption COVID-19 has caused across the supply chain. We expect this disruption to last through 2021.

If you use the Save Cart feature, be sure your cart is empty when you retrieve/view the saved cart. It will over-ride what is in the existing cart.
Please note that we do not charge for orders until we ship them. The checkout process will capture your information for us to use when we ship your order. As we do not have a real-time inventory system, please contact us at the shop if you need us to check if we have the items you need in stock if your order is urgent.
Our time to pull orders is currently 3-5 business days - it might be 10 days before we get back to you if your order is not complete due to our current order volume. Were closed for 10 days for a Winter Break so it may be a week or more before we catch up. We appreciate your patience.. Our current shipping time for complete or partial orders is 3-5 business days (once an order is pulled and ready to ship). If your have deadline, please include that information in the appropriate field or the Comments and we will let you know if we can accomodate your request.
